Pontus Sjöman



Pontus Sjöman has extensive experience from producing commercials, TV-series and feature films in the US and Sweden. 

Before joining Brain Academy in early 2017, Pontus was as a senior producer at SF Studios and Tre Vänner Production in Stockholm. In 2006, his feature film Förortsungar (Kidz in da Hood) was presented with seven awards at the Guldbagge Gala including the award for Best Feature Film. That's a record in the long history of the awards show, matched only by Ingmar Bergman’s Fanny and Alexander in 1983. Since 2012, Sjöman is also a voting member of the European Film Academy.
